freeTHOUGHT 3/13 “equality”
With my support to overturn prop 8, I have completely departed from the majority of my friends and family. Regardless of what my peers think, i am doing my best to represent a worldview that i believe would make my best friend proud. Just last week i found myself with 500 Gay and Straight people, standing on the street corner in support of equal rights! Though I felt at home with this community, there was still something missing, something that i have yet to figure out. i am excited that i am able to find friends in different communities other than the ones i am used too. And i thank god that i have a partner who supports my crazy adventures into unknown territories. Furthermore, I will always be committed to fighting for the equal rights of marginalized people groups .
